Each À Tout Temps timepiece is carefully inspected, authenticated, and packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
• Limited-edition and serial-numbered pieces require additional verification before shipment.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods
We offer insured, tracked shipping on all orders.
• Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days
• International: 5–10 business days (may vary by destination)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Signature Required
• All À Tout Temps watches require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
• We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

International Orders
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
• These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• À Tout Temps is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the limited-edition nature of our timepieces, we maintain a strict return policy.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
• The watch is unworn and unused
• All protective films remain intact
• Original packaging, authenticity card, and documentation are included
• The serial number matches our internal records

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Worn or damaged watches
• Watches with removed protective films
• Customized or engraved pieces
• Final sale items
• Orders returned without authorization

Return Authorization
• All returns require approval before being sent back.

Include your order number and reason for return.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns must be insured and trackable.
• À Tout Temps is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your watch arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or video of the issue and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a repair or replacement under our warranty policy.
REFUNDS
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after inspection.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
WARRANTY
All À Tout Temps timepieces include a 24-Month International Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
