Q: How long does shipping take? A: Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. International shipping times vary by destination.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes. À Tout Temps ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal or contact support.

Q: Are your watches water-resistant? A: Yes. All À Tout Temps watches are water-resistant to 3 ATM (splash and rain resistant). We recommend removing your watch before swimming or showering.

Q: Do your watches come with a warranty? A: Yes. Every À Tout Temps timepiece comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear or water damage.

Q: Can I track my order? A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Q: Do you offer custom or engraved watches? A: Not at this time, but it’s something we’re exploring. Be sure to join our newsletter to be the first to know when custom options launch.
